hi all

ive been looking though the fourms and im wondering whats with all the stuff some of you do the chortle language as i call it stff like

you say bump bump what does it mean
and some stuff like if you put a number you put like 374928 eight four five 7346 what is that about and same with email adress why do you spell out dot and at

can anyone help me understand chortle language?

bump is used to move a post back up to the top of a page (ie you 'bump' it up)

using text for phone numbers and email addresses is to stop bots and other internet nasties nicking your phone number and or email address and spamming you.
