A relative newcomer i believe?
Saw Jon last night in Cheltenham, has something different about him that makes him a tad edgy and quirky; you're never sure what direction he's going in and at times you almost feel threatened by his prescence as he seems on the edge of exploding into a rant about life in general and the unfairness of the British bus system.
A genuine performer who very much wears his heart on his sleeve and allows you an insight into his world with some clever material really well delivered; if he focuses on writing more stuff in the same vein that he delivered last night then he could be one to watch in 2012.
He's going to Edinburgh this year i believe which will give him some valuable experience and i also think he'd do well on the Festival type gigs.
Currently a solid 10 minute spot based on what i saw last night and worthy of more gigs, book him.
Nice work. _________________ Nik Hill |

| Couldn't agree more! I've used Jon 4 times and he never fails to deliver a great set. Would thoroughly recommend! |

Jon came and played as an open spot at the VOODOO STANDS UP last month and went over extremely well.
Very energetic, bombastic and contagious humour. Many in the audience were genuinely sorry he didn't stay on stage longer....the sign of a good comic. |

Had him at my open mic night in Telford last night and he blew the roof off the place! Word perfect set with perfect stage presence and delivery. I was in stitches but sadly had to cut him short (as we had 12 acts to get though) but I want to hear the full 15 and will be booking for paid stuff immediately. _________________ West Midlands Prop Comedian. This guy was the best act of the night last night at the open mic in Telford, as a new act I was definetly thinking one day you may be this good, excellent material, multiple personas and a great presence!
He did put me off 4 egg omlettes though |

Gigged with jon last night in chipping campden and he put in another good performance; a real talent for the future, stage prescence is good, interaction with the audience good, material good, needs to step out of his confort zone now and try out his new stuff and should see him as a paid regular with a solid 20 minutes before long. Well worth booking. _________________ Nik Hill |

| Jon deservedly won a "comedy gladiators " night ,a natural talent that has come on so strongly to become a "must book " whilst you can act very comfortable in any room . |

| Agree. Jon stepped in at my place at the last minute and did nearly 20 minutes of quality material that had the place rocking. The audience loved him. Took control of the room from the minute he hit the stage and never let go. |

Very easy and genial on stage, with great delivery. Our audience enjoyed his material greatly. A really professional and friendly comedian, who was a pleasure to have at the club. _________________ Creative-Cows.Com |

I've gigged with him a few times recently and he's very good - his opener is very funny although I thought at last nights gig I was going to have to CPR the young lady in the front row.... _________________ Colin Harris |

Jon did sweetshop comedy last night and opened the night, he had the crowd in his hand, and I nearly jumped out of my skin at one point even though I knew what was coming!
Really energetic and clever act, if I was a proper promoter with multiple shows I would be booking Jon for more of the same, great job pal! |

After gigging with Jon I booked him as the opener for the first show of my comedy club; in my eyes he was the only man for the job. I trusted him to open with a bang and he delivered. Jon has brilliant stage presence and not only does his energy fill the stage but it fills the building. He had the entire room laughing at his clever and relatable observations with ease. A naturally funny man and great story teller. Always an absolute pleasure to work with and a great opener.

Waggy opened my gig last night with a solid 20 minutes of great material; has gone from strength to strength since he started on the circuit little under 12 months ago and i really think that 2013 will see him propel himself further down the comedy road; a talented act with energy and really funny stuff.....book him for any openings or closings of smaller gigs, you won't be dissapointed. _________________ Nik Hill |

I've gigged with him 4 times in the last 6 weeks, so I've seen him at a new material night, compeering his own gig, and twice doing 20s at busy clubs with very mixed audiences. He's good, nice material, lovely delivery, audiences like him, he's not a prick offstage. definitely proves the benefit of doing proper gigs outside London.

Jon closed for me recently at Howling Hoss. Wow! what a ball of energy. The audience were pushing him back on stage after his set to continue making em giggle.
A quiet start belies the whirlpool of laughter that Jon consumes the audience in. A constant rush of funny gag after funny gag leaves the room buzzing with electricity. Jon's sincerity shows through and the crowd love him for it.
Book him now whilst you can. A quality act that'll leave you breathless wanting more. _________________ Rural |
