With Rhod Gilbert and Sarah Millican
Quote:
Paddy McGuinness is being lined up for a new ITV1 series – opposite stand-up stars Rhod Gilbert and Sarah Millican.

They are all piloting a new panel show, They Drink It In The Congo, designed to ‘celebrate all things funny from around the world’.

If the show is picked up, it will cement Phoenix Nights star McGuinness as one of the key stars of ITV1, having just finished hosting the prime-time Saturday night dating show, Take Me Out.

McGuinness will be chairing They Drink It In The Congo, with Gilbert and Millican as team captains.

The pilot is being recorded in front of a live audience at BBC TV Centre on March 5. See our Free Tickets page for details of how to be in the audience.

It seems nepotism really does pay well.

An ITV1 show recorded at BBC TV Centre? Is that normal?
