Ross and Brand together on new podcast
| Quote: | Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross are be paired together again for a new podcast.
Absolute Radio are recording a series of web programmes backstage at Brand’s nationwide tour promoting his new volume of memoirs, My Booky Wooky 2.
And the first will also feature Jonathan Ross, who will be Brand’s on-stage guest for the show at the Hackney Empire next Thursday.
It is the first time they have collaborated on radio – albeit online – since the Sachsgate phone calls on Brand’s Radio 2 show caused such a media backlash in 2008.
Future shows – both live and podcasts – will see Brand in conversation with his long-time collaborator Matt Morgan.
