Pilot about overweight teen seeking love

The broadcaster says a pilot of The Big Object will be made after some rewrites to the script.
Shane Allen, Channel 4's head of comedy, told the Guardian that Moran had originally planned the series to be set in the past, but he had asked for it to be brought up to date.
The Big Object revolves around two sisters and a mother, and Allen admitted the title was ‘deliberately ambiguous’.
Moran signed a separate deal last year with Channel 4 subsidiary Film4 to write a movie adaptation of her bestseller How To Be A Woman.
